Hippie room make over
Okay, so I got new furniture three or four years ago, I might be leaving here within two years, but I'm going to re-do my room anyway. No new furniture of course, but I'm going to rip off all the wallpaper (hehe, just thinking about it makes me happeh) and put paint on the walls. That alone will make my room stand out, 'cause here, in this house, all the bedrooms have wallpaper.
But I'm taking it even further. It will be black with different neons and day-glo/ glow-in-the-dark paint splashed on it. The ceiling will be either black or dark blue and I'll stick glow-in-the-dark stars and stuff on it.
I'm going for a psychedelic/ hippie look, but with rock, punk and maybe a little "eastern" (Chinese/ Japanese) influences. I did some research on hippie rooms and the ideas I've run into, are awesome. I'll be using almost all of them. I do really like the glow ideas, like the stars and paint. I've always loved it, I just never knew what to do with it. Now I know.
On one hand I'm all excited about this, on the other hand I want to save up for a VW Type 2 1960/1970. Better known as a Hippie van. I'd want to have that thing as soon as possible, but there are a million other things I want too. I could put up the list, but I'll just leave that for another time. This one is for my room.
I want the whole deal, bút (!) if I want a hippie room, in my opinion, I've should try to stick with the hippie-idealism and try to make as much as I can, on my own. That's only right, right?
I'll post pictures (or a little video) of my room of how it is right now, the things I have and the things I want to get.

Goals
We all need to have goals in life, for if we haven't our lives would be pretty empty.
If you're depressed, your goal's to become happy or at least escape from the misery, when you're in school, you want to be done with it etc. etc.

Neon!
I want a fineliner, I need to write something on my hand. :3
But, I'm not going to talk about that, I wanna discuss neon!
I absloutely love it!
The yellowgreen/mintgreenish, fluor pink, brightest orange, ice blue, lila or light purple-ish, maybe red is too. Take black for a background color and it's perfect!
It seems there are different styles that can go with neon colors. Punk and scene use the colors a little bit, but the more 'I-love-neon scenes' are nu rave, new rave, neon trash. But let's not get into the parochialism. There's a band called "Neon Plastix", I didn't hear the music yet, but they look okay.
I'll write some more and put on pictures too, but now I'm going to get my nose pierced.

Noobie
First of all: welcome to the first message of my blog, my first blog and of course Happy New Year!
